Product Overview
The GLORY MACHINERY 1300mm stainless steel coil polishing line is designed for coil-to-coil continuous processing of 200, 300, and 400 series stainless steel. The line combines coil handling, strip alignment, surface finishing, cleaning, drying, and recoiling in one coordinated production process. Its oil-wet polishing system can be configured for No.4, brushing, or hairline finishing according to the required surface sample. CPC alignment supports stable strip feeding at the entry, while EPC control helps maintain an orderly coil edge during recoiling. After polishing, the strip passes through the integrated cleaning and drying section before protective film can be applied. This coil-to-coil polishing line is suitable for stainless steel service centers and manufacturers producing decorative or industrial coil surfaces. The final machine layout, polishing-head arrangement, electrical standard, and process configuration can be customized according to project requirements.
