The 1300 Type Automatic Sheet-to-Sheet 8K Mirror Polishing Machine Line is designed for high-efficiency mirror finishing of stainless steel sheets. The line integrates automatic loading and unloading racks, a traditional Oscillating 8K Machine section, and the new Rotary Disc 8K Machine, also known as a Mirror Buffing Machine, to achieve a bright and uniform No.8 / 8K mirror surface.

This stainless steel surface 8K line is suitable for 200 series, 300 series, and 400 series stainless steel sheets, depending on the incoming material quality and the required final mirror surface standard.

Production Line Layout

1. Automatic Feeding System

The automatic feeding machine helps load stainless steel sheets into the polishing line smoothly and consistently. Stable feeding is important for sheet alignment, surface protection and continuous polishing efficiency.

2. Middle 8K Mirror Polishing Line

The middle section is the core 8K mirror polishing process. The traditional oscillating polishing section and the Rotary Disc 8K Machine work together to improve polishing stability, surface brightness and final mirror consistency.

3. Rotary Disc 8K Machine / Mirror Buffing Machine

The Rotary Disc 8K Machine uses a multi-head rotary polishing system for high-quality mirror finishing. It is also commonly called a mirror buffing machine in No.8 stainless steel surface finishing applications.

4. Automatic Unloading System

After polishing, the automatic unloading machine receives the finished stainless steel sheets and supports safer, cleaner and more efficient sheet handling.

5. Stainless Steel 8K Mirror Surface Result

The finished stainless steel sheets can achieve a bright MIRROR SURFACE suitable for decorative panels, elevator panels, architectural stainless steel, appliance panels and high-end metal products.

What Is a Rotary Disc 8K Machine?

A Rotary Disc 8K Machine uses rotating disc assemblies with multiple polishing heads to polish the stainless steel surface. Compared with a traditional oscillating system, the rotary-disc structure is designed to provide stable polishing pressure, improved slurry distribution and better final mirror finishing performance under suitable operating conditions.

A traditional Oscillating Machine uses reciprocating polishing movement, where the polishing head moves repeatedly from side to side across the sheet surface. This design can be useful for sheet edge coverage. The Rotary Disc 8K Machine uses a multi-head rotary path and is designed for stable mirror polishing, better process consistency and efficient No.8 surface finishing. In practical production, some customers use both systems: oscillating polishing for preparation and rotary-disc polishing for final mirror buffing.
