1600 Sheet-to-Sheet No.4 & SB Polishing Line

Product Introduction

The 1600 oil-wet-type sheet-to-sheet polishing and grinding line integrates automatic sheet handling, edge-burr removal, abrasive-belt polishing, brushing, cleaning, drying and protective-film lamination for stainless steel sheet production.

The documented incoming materials are 430, 439, 445, 304, 316 and 200-series stainless steels with 2B or BA surfaces. The documented finished surfaces are No.4 and Scotch-Brite (SB).

Advantages

Integrated Processing

One line connects sheet loading, edge treatment, polishing, brushing, cleaning, drying, film lamination and unloading.

Automatic Handling

Servo-driven suction loading and unloading support controlled sheet transfer through the production process.

Process Control

PLC, touchscreen, sensors and frequency-controlled drives support manual and automatic operating modes.
