750 mm Titanium Coil-to-Coil Polishing Line Installed in Baoji, Shaanxi

In May 2026, GLORY MACHINERY installed a 750 mm titanium coil-to-coil polishing machine line in Baoji, Shaanxi, China. The project was engineered for continuous titanium coil surface finishing across a strip-thickness range of 0.05–2.0 mm, with a line speed of 60 m/min.

Customer Processing Requirement

The project required a continuous line for processing thin titanium coil while maintaining stable strip transport through the polishing and recoiling stages. The selected 750 Type configuration covers strip from 0.05 mm to 2.0 mm thick and is suitable for applications where coil handling, abrasive-belt finishing, cleaning, protective-film application and recoiling need to be integrated into one production flow.

Engineering Value of the Coil-to-Coil Layout

The coil-to-coil arrangement reduces manual transfer between surface-finishing stages. CPC and EPC alignment support stable strip positioning at the entry and recoiling ends, while the enclosed wet polishing section, downstream washing and drying, and protective-film lamination form a controlled continuous process. Final abrasive selection and polishing parameters should always be confirmed against the customer’s titanium grade, incoming surface and required finish sample.
