GLORY MACHINERY has completed the trial start-up of a 1300 mm coil-to-coil polishing machine line for No.4 finishing For NO.4+Non oscillating SB. The project demonstrates how coordinated installation and commissioning support can help a coil-processing line move into operation quickly.

Fast Installation and Commissioning in 12 Days

Process Line Overview

1. Decoiler and Loading Car

The decoiler and loading car provide the starting section of the line, supporting coil loading and stable material entry into the No.4 finishing process.

2. No.4 Polishing Machine Line

The polishing section is configured with 4 No.4 polishing machines. The brushing-roll equipment includes one case with 4 brushing rolls and one case with 2 brushing rolls, supporting the specified No.4 surface-finishing process.

3. Cleaning and Drying Machine

After polishing, the strip passes through the cleaning and drying section. This stage prepares the strip surface for the next part of the line and helps maintain a clean, stable process flow.

4. Recoiler and EPC System

The recoiler and EPC system complete the line layout by guiding and recoiling the processed strip after the polishing, cleaning, and drying stages.
