GLORY MACHINERY shipped a 1300mm coil-to-coil No.4 and non-oscillating Scotch-Brite polishing line from Foshan to Xuzhou, China. The full equipment name is the 1300mm Coil-to-Coil Polishing and Grinding Machine Line for No.4 and Non-Oscillating Scotch-Brite Finish. Following final workshop checks and packing in Foshan, Guangdong Province, the line is being transported to Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province.
1300mm Coil-to-Coil Polishing Line Shipment
The shipment includes the principal surface-finishing machines and the related line sections required for the project. Each equipment module was packed and secured before loading onto the transport vehicles in Foshan. The photographs below document the loading process and transportation preparation in filename order, providing a clear record of the complete shipment before departure for Xuzhou.
Machine Manufacturing and Workshop Testing
Before shipment, the equipment was manufactured, assembled and checked at the GLORY MACHINERY workshop. The production line includes No.4 polishing equipment, non-oscillating Scotch-Brite finishing machines, a cleaning and drying section, a film lamination machine and the related filtration system. These modules are arranged for continuous coil-to-coil surface grinding, cleaning and finishing operations.
The workshop photographs show the main machine sections during assembly and preparation. They include the No.4 polishing modules, two-roller and four-roller Scotch-Brite units, the internal roller arrangement, the cleaning and drying machine, the lamination section and the filter system tank. The images are presented after the shipment photographs so that the delivery sequence remains clear.
Installation in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province
After the equipment arrives in Xuzhou, the GLORY MACHINERY technical team will carry out on-site installation, commissioning and operator training. The estimated installation and commissioning period is approximately two weeks. During this stage, the team will coordinate line positioning, equipment connection, operating checks and practical training with the customer at the installation site.
This project is the 10th metal surface finishing production line prepared by GLORY MACHINERY for installation in 2026. It marks an important production milestone and reflects the company’s manufacturing and project-execution experience in coil-to-coil stainless steel grinding, No.4 polishing and Scotch-Brite surface finishing equipment.
